I couldn't pass up the opportunity to own another one of Sibersong's Stars Hollow's offspring. This time, the litter was bred by Kim and Kelly Berg of Kelim Siberian Huskies.

Hubble is Denali's half-brother and he reminds me a lot of her. He was a very focused pup and extremely food-motivated. He’s also got the same dominant attitude that Denali has, which can make him difficult around other dogs.

Despite is weirdness, he was an incredible athlete. I thought Blitz was intense in harness, but Hubble has even more drive. In his first few runs, he pulled so hard his puppy harness split in half. For most of his career, he ran in wheel with Blitz, providing a ton of power for the team.

As Hubble got older, his aggression towards other dogs seemed to get worse. At events, he’d bite and pull the cable drop-line whenever someone walked a dog past the van. His canines started breaking because of the wear he put on his teeth. He also began snapping at other teams during races, which I can’t tolerate. Despite leap-frog training and lots of positive experiences running with other dogs, I decided to retire him from events in 2026. He will still train with the race team until he’s ready to retire, but I can’t have him going after other teams.
